Countries finisher to Gambia may find Gambian films more appealing than, say, a Hollywood blockbuster. These merchandise movies can distinctly sustain both video stores and movie theaters in these bordering countries to survive. As say earlier, market is one of the most important factors in the film production process. The consumers need to know about the movie in order to see it.That being said, a Gambian film industry would open the verge for all sorts of marketing originals, both local and global marketers. It would seem middling obvious that the locals of the country would work on the local promotion of the film. It would not be too far fetched to think that a movie company would involve to carry a passkey marketer from an already well-established company overseas. It can be a safe presumptuousness that these kind of professionals allow for most in all probability have more experience with this global marketing than a endemic individual from Gambia. Normally, marketing a film globally would be extremely difficult. However, due to the established touristry industry and pulseless scenery, Gambian movies may be easier to parent to the world than, say, a movie from Chad (Kasumaye). Aboriginal Contributions to Canada - Essay Examplerature and warfargon. This paper on Aboriginal contributions to Canada discusses the various contributions made by them in the field of conveying. Some of the key contributions of the Aboriginals to Canada in the field of transportation include birch tree bark canoes, the Kayak, snowshoes, toboggans, moccasins, and the muklucks. Aboriginal contribution in the field of transportationThe Canadian landscape and climate is diverse and uneven in nature. Most of the regions experienced severe snowfall thus restricting the access to food. Also the agriculturists lived on the river banks, and the only feasible mode of transportation was the river. The wheeled vehicles were largely absent due to lack of animals such as camels or horses,to draw the carriages, the waterways were the only comfortable routes of travel for the aboriginals, who used canoes to transport their properties from one place to the other, as well as for trade purposesThe bi rch bark canoes are considered as one of the great contributions from the aboriginal people to Canada. Figure 1 A birch bark canoe Source http//www.birchbarkcanoe.net/builder.htm The canoes which were made from barks of the birch trees were found in abundance on the banks of the Great Lakes watershed (Johansen, Pritzker, 2007). The barks of this tree were known for being extremely lightweight and smooth and were waterproof and resilient (Sandved et al., 1993). The Algonquians tribes used different modes of transportation depending on the seasons. The birch bark canoes were mostly used during the summer (Rogers, Smith, 1994) while in winter, when the waterways freezed, majority of the travel had to be done via land. Since most of the land during winter was covered in snow, the aboriginals had to invent an alternative means of transport, which resulted in the invention of the snow shoes and toboggans (Jenness, 1932). The aboriginals used various types of snowshoes depending on the c ondition of snow as well as the quantity of weight being carried while travelling from one place to another. For instance, the Mistassini tribe used beavertail snowshoes, which were primarily used by the men, while travelling done the bush and when the snow was deep. The women on the other hand used the swallowtail snowshoes, which was used during early winter. Apart from these, there were various other styles of snowshoes used by the aboriginals such as the pointed snowshoes, the bear paw and the narrow snowshoes (Sturtevant, 1981). Figure 2 Various types of snowshoes used by the aboriginals Source http//www.virtualmuseum.ca/Exhibitions/Ground/english/exhibition/mfn/snowshoes.html Moccasins are another recent contribution to mainstream culture. The Moccasin is a type of footgear native to the Aboriginals. The word derived from the Algonquian tribe, and is used to refer to a type of footwear made out of soft leather and sewn together in a slipper-like form. Traditionally this type of footwear was made from deer or wapiti hide, and decorated with exotic beadwork or quillwork or other similar aboriginal designs. They are one of the most crucial forms of transportation, and could be used in any season. The fur used ensures enough protection to the feet, and retains warmth during winter (Beavon et al., 2005). Thus not only did the aboriginal tribes taught

Business Ethics - Essay ExampleOne of the respectable slews that emerge occasionally in a blood line environment is treatment of lost and found properties. This essay seeks to evaluate a case study in which a bookman finds a lost iPod and is go about with the decision of whether to keep it or not. The essence of this essay is to identify the contentious issues that must be observed while settling a psycheal dispute. The issue of keeping a lost and found property has garnered a lot of ethical analysis with the controversy arising of whether such a person should be equated with a thief. However, business ethics are grounded on the ability of a person to assess whether an execution is good or bad depending on the results of the work. Any action that has a negative effect to another person or to the business is considered wrong and punishable. In such a scenario, the student who found the iPod, their friend and the discriminatory member all have must use critical decision making approach to arrive to the right escape of action. The student who found the iPod has a choice to either keep the gadget it to the legal body of the school. Their friends have a role to advise the student on the ethical course of action to take when they are consulted. The best strategy to make a worthwhile decision is to weigh the effects results of keeping the gadget. In corporate ethics, the best course of action is one that does not hurt any individual in the organizational environment (Hartman, 2008). Handling of lost property in an organization is an ethical issue that can attract a legal action or even punishment. In an organization, if a person finds a lost item, they have a role to find the owner or submit the property to the legal committee of the institution. According to organizational ethics, taking a lost property is a legal issue that is equivalent to stealing. The legal issues that arise from an act of stealing include loss of business trust, lack of transparency and criminal guilt (Hartman, 2008). On religious grounds, if one finds lost property, it is ethical to put an effort to sustain the rightful owner, rather than keeping it. In this view, if the student keeps the property, they defy the moral accountability that is expected in an organization and hence can be accused of stealing. If the student opts to keep the found items and is eventually reported for theft, the student representative in the judicial board members has a role to provide a ruling on the case. To do this, the judicial member would require getting the material facts associated with the dispute. For instance, the woo value of the object, in order to determine whether the gadget was valueless when found. Any valueless object voluntarily abandoned is regarded as trash and if a person who finds it is not guilty of theft (Hartman, 2008). If the item is found to have a value and it is proven that it was abandoned involuntarily, then the student is guilty of stealing for not s ubmitting the iPod to the judicial body. In this scenario, the student can only defend themselves if there is evidence that he or she submitted the lost item to the legal body and efforts to establish the owner were futile. Other stakeholders in this case would include the friend of student who kept the device as well as the rightful owner The student representative in the legal affairs has several decisions to take in settling the dispute in this case. The first option would be to return

The four men in the foreground represent (from right to left) Woodrow Wilson, the President of the U.S, Georges Clemenceau, the Prime Minister of France, Vittorio Emanuele Orlando, the Prime Minister of Italy and Lloyd George, the Prime Minister of Britain. These were the Big Four who drew up the Treaty of Versailles, which was signed by Germany in the Palace of Versailles near Paris on June 28, 1919. The Tiger refers to Clemenceau, who exercised powerful leadership with his slogan I make war and became know as The Tiger of France. The cartoonist is suggesting the treaty was too harsh on Germany, because it severely punished it, forcing it to accept responsibility for causing World War I, and blackmailed the German organisation to sign the Treaty under threat of invasion by the Big Four because of these biased impositions on the Germans, there will be another war in the future. The title of the cartoon suggests that the peace will result in cannon fodder in the future because the supposed-to-be peace brought about by the Treaty of Versailles actually resulted in total humiliation heaped on Germany the humiliation was too severe for it to withstand for long, and when it could stand it no more then German cannons would exposit again (the cartoonist was right it took just 22 years from the end of the First World War in 1917 to the beginning of the Second World War in 1939). Clemenceaus words Curious I seem to hear a child weeping shows that he (and the other 3 leaders of the Big Four) expression that Germany has got a fair deal

VAMPIRE SOCIAL FEAR Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1250 words

VAMPIRE SOCIAL FEAR - Essay ExampleThe concept of the domain of vampires was further glorified by eminent classic and contemporary literature authors that have created frenzy amongst the masses regarding the existence of these creatures. (Belanger, 2005, p. 49) As mentioned earlier, on a literary front the idea of vampires have fascinated, amazed and scared people throughout the ages. The belief in the existence of demons and spirits has been a prime aspect of completely faiths and are often deemed to be the forerunners of the creation and concept of vampires a dead blood-sucking nocturnal being that is largely associated with evil and the damned. Roman, Greek and Mesopotamian cultures all had a coarse notion regarding the existence of vampires but the concept itself gained more shape in easterly Europe, where the legends narrated that vampires were revenants of sinner, suicide victims, people involved in witchcraft and corpses under the self- entrust of malicious spirits or peop le who died of vampire bites. There were countless speculation regarding the appearance of vampires and before human physical features were used to typify Vampires, they were immensely believed to bestial creatures, which were damned for the rest of eternity and their existence was only meant to plague the living. The Description of the appearance of vampires is illustrated immaculately by the following quote from Sacred aridness authored by Michelle Belanger, a self-proclaimed Psychic-vampire, who has published several books on this entire concept and has demonstrated the contrasts between the media portrayal and folkloric image of vampires, she states, The vampire has come a pine way since its beginnings in folklores Though, monstrosity in their hungers in that location is an ineffable something that inspires their so-called Victims to willingly open their veins. Yet in stark contrast, the vampires we encounter in the tales of Eastern Europe are little more than corpses. These foul and bestial monsters terrorize whole villages, filing their victims with horror and disgust.(Belanger, 2005, p. 14) Therefore, from the aforementioned quote it is abundantly clear that there is a huge schism between the perception of vampires in contemporary and the portrayal of folklores. Belanger has defined the true meaning of vampirism and the prevalence of this belief in black letter sub-cultures. It has become more of an identity for people and the term vampirism itself is not used to signify bestial behavior or monstrosity, and is now given similar connotations as people who are left-handed the latter due to the widespread belief that left-handed people are evil. The aforementioned analogy describes that vampirism is no longer emblematic of a blood-thirsty creature but all those people who are in pursuit of vital energy. However, this is still a subjective approach to the subject and having mentioned the prose will focus its attention back to the area under discussion t hat is whether or not the social fear derived from these creatures is in anyway valid and the amount of sixth sense provided by literature and conception of fictional characters to demonstrate this aspect. Therefore, the substance of the following prose will juxtapose the folkloric illustration of these creatures and how authors have portrayed the image of these creatures. In point to gain greater amount of insight in to the subject, the prose will

Food Safety Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2250 words

Food Safety - Essay ExampleInterestingly, it has been prove that lysozyme action against thermophilic bacterial strains (all tabulated strains are noticeably thermophilic and inclusive) is available within a range of C (Hughey and Johnson, 1987). This is especially true for thermophilic spore-formers and it is reported that the enzyme can be used post-thermal sterilisation to enhance shelf longevity (Hughey and Johnson, 1987). It has similarly been proved that pathogenic bacteria can be inhibited in food by a combination of hydrostatic pressure and heat at swallow temperatures than heat alone (Alpas, H., et al, 1999). It is noted here that many foodborne pathogenic bacteria that are both gram-negative and positive have an enzyme DegP protease (C Hal, J., et al, 2001) that ensures their thermal stability. Targeting this enzyme or the gene that initiates it by either thermal or any other process would much increase death rates in these bacteria easily. It is also necessary to effec tively assess the time required to initiate or complete phases other than the death phase to do this (McMeekin, T.A., et al, 1997). It is also noted at first that close to of the literature is dated but care has been taken to incorporate only information that is still germane and effective today. In this some original research papers that are still quoted today as legitimate sources have been utilised. The paper finds, primarily, that foods that cannot be heated should be stored at much(prenominal) low temperatures that both psychrophilic and thermophilic bacteria cannot regenerate. Foods that can be heated should be heated to such a temperature that at least all possible vegetal cells of possible pathogenic bacteria be killed and should either be eaten immediately or stored at cold temperatures such that spores, if present, cannot regenerate upon longer periods of storage.IntroductionA U.S. subdivision of Agriculture report - the Agricultural Economic Report No. 741, 1996 - repo rted that microbial pathogens in food cause 6.5-33 million cases of human sicknesses and 9,000 deaths in America. The report, though slightly backdated, is utilised here because it is one of a kind and one as comprehensive as it is not available for more young times. It estimates that oer 40 such foodbourne microbial agents - viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites - are responsible for these illnesses. The medical and productivity costs of both acute short-term and chronic long-term illness conditions are considerable. For just six bacterial pathogens, the costs are $9.3-$12.9 billion annually of which $2.9-$6.7 billion annually is attributed to foodbourne bacteria (Report No. 741, 1996). Though the figures are of 1996 recent literature on the subject concede that the problem remains extensive enough and provides impetus to the purpose of this paper. Nature of BacteriaTo better understand how bacterial growth is influenced by the combination of temperature and food composition it is somewhat

Fate or free will Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1500 words

Fate or at large(p) will - Essay representativeAs he told me, he was only forced by his circumstances. I myself believe in determinism that all events be ultimately determined by causes that are external to human will. These events, or the things that happen, even include human action. That man was hungry that is why he stole. It is therefore preposterous to think that he valued to steal out of free will. There was an explanatory cause, or a cause that ultimately explains his action of stealing. That explanatory cause was hunger. Had he not been hungry, he would not have stolen the money. I am sure you understand and agree with me, Socrates.Socrates You are right, and no man can ever separate himself from the appetitive and gritty parts as long as he is alive. Moreover, one should know that For when the soul tries to consider anything in company with the body, it is evidently deceived by it (Plato, Phaedo, 64c). Therefore, the soul is not free as long as it is with the body, as long as one is alive. This is the part of the soul that conforms to determinism.Socrates Indeed, it was. However, it was not purely free will on his part, because the concomitant that he has within him and working at the same time the appetitive, spirited and rational desires may have in fact deceived him. What is human choice therefore?Me Human choice is the action that results from being governed by external determinism and possessing internal free will both existing at the same time. So, in short, what are you trying to tell me about that man, Socrates?Socrates That he did make a choice that he could otherwise have refused or that he had the power to cancel, but that he did make this choice only after his appetitive desires have deceived him, human as he was. However, we cannot conclude anything whether he was a good man or an evil man. We can only say he was not wise

Crime and Punishment and ways to make our prison system better Essay

Crime and Punishment and ways to make our prison system better - Essay ExampleThis essay describes how hard it is for the lag people to find their place in society after coming out. The Policy Information Report by the Educational Testing Service finds that the consecrate of b neglect youths incarcerated has increased to the point that it jeopardize(s) the achievement of broader social justice goals. This is especially true for those who dropped out from school. This indicates that there is a gap in the educational opportunities of the wispy youth as compared to the White youth. It is a matter of common knowledge that when people are not educated, they receive lesser opportunities for employment and, therefore, some of them arise to alternatives such as criminal activities to earn their living. Therefore, it can be construed that lack of education causes crime, which in turn increases the incarceration rates. Besides, research evidence suggests that illiteracy and the lack of mat hematical skills are quite high in prisoners and a half of all prisoners do not possess any education at all. It is also seen that there is an increased trend of early dropout from schools, which can be attributed to drug use, lack of family support or the want of economic resources. Therefore, any reformations of prison systems must also encompass the concept of educating the prisoner through in house sources so that when they get released, they can engage in some productive employment. This willing decrease the chances of recidivism and, thereby, eliminate the chances of their repeated incarceration. In the present day, the job market has become highly competitive and business entities have a wide build of choices of people to hire. This means that people who do not possess adequate qualification, such as a college degree and professional skills, remain unemployed. In addition, the item of being imprisoned casts the shadow of social stigma of ex-convicts and, usually, employe rs would not be interested in hiring them. This situation forces them to look for alternative sources of income and they end up relying on criminal activities for income and this

Africans in the conquest of mesoamerica Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2250 words

Africans in the conquest of mesoamerica - Essay ExampleAdmittedly, the past does influence the present. But when it comes to the work of the historian, who must selectively get his facts so as to write his account of history, the present, that is his choices, his passions, his worries, and his strengths and weaknesses, will have far-reaching consequences on any view he may hold and assert regarding the past. These are the structural realities which must be accepted when attempting to assess and interpret the meaning of the role and experience of African slaves in the Spanish conquest of Mesoamerica, or as it is cognize today, Mexico. As Americans, our t discontinueency is to look to our southern neighbors as speakers of Spanish, who have themselves experienced historical experiences similar to our own. We began as colonies of the English crown, just as Mexicans once lived below the rule of the king of Spain. They, like us, broke off from the mother awkward and became an independe nt nation. They speak the tongue of the European country with which they once had a semipolitical allegiance. To that we can add our widespread perception of Mexicans as having a mixture of Spanish and Mesoamerican blood. These perceptions largely reflect our current beliefs and prejudices i.e. we are an Anglo-Saxon country and the Mexicans are a Latin country. These simplistic terms, aside from perpetuating misconceptions, stem from our present needs and wants. In reality, the history of Mexico, from the time of the arrival of the first Europeans at the end of the fifteenth century to the present, is one which is far richer than any one historical account could demonstrate. Even more germane to the purposes here, that historical experience is one to which peoples and individuals from Africa make a most significant contribution. So much so that it can be said that not only were Africans central to the Spanish crowns conquest and colonization of

How does faulkner portray the south book as i lay dying - Essay ExampleIn this novel, William Faulkner portrays in all of his themes in the actual human drama of the South (Faulkner) the lack of communication, the poverty ignorance and alienation are clearly engrained in the fabric of As I rest Dying.Throughout the novel, the theme of lack of communication and alienations are the key factors for each and every character. The very nature of existing side by side with pile is to communicate with each other for a better understanding. Lack of communication is one of the most common universal problems shown in As I gear up Dying. In the novel the characters methods of communicating with each other are many and vary. In most cases it depends on the characters relationships with one another. The characters do not communicate efficaciously with one another which lead to many confusion heartache and alienation. In the novel, the characters dont always communicate with words, but they so metimes communicate through with(predicate) unspoken words. The communication between Dewey and Darl is often unspoken yet powerful. Yet part of Dewey Dell hates for this closeness And thats why I rouse talk to him with perspicacious with hating because he knows (Faulkner 23). Darl feels that the words which he speaks, and yet words, his words, can be seen as just a shape to fill a lack (Faulkner 172) with the lack of communications, the characters can only guess at the motivations, beliefs, and feelings of others. This results in misunderstandings and alienation with each other. As a result of this communication gap, the Bundren family lives an alienated life from each other. In his interview in 1959 Faulkner said about his character, His tragedy is the impossibility-or at least the tremendous difficulty-of communication. But man keeps on trying endlessly to express himself and make affair with other human beings (Faulkner). In the novel, Faulkner depicts the harsh reality of l iving in the south with empathy and grace but,

Tissue engineering Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Tissue engineering - Essay Exampleed to traditional methods as it solves twin problems of donor scarcity and the risks of tissue transplant rejection including transmission of diseases (Gomes & Reis, 2004, p. 738).Tissue engineering is a relatively mod field of research and there is a paucity of certain pedantic scientific materials and research studies. It is expected this new field will have a big impact on the provision of health care in the coming years when more complex bio-materials are needed for functional tissues like prinks, cartilage or large bone segments (ibid.) and even complex organs. still hunt cell research has been very useful so far but there are so many ethical and other moral issues snarled which has stymied large-scale efforts in this direction. Tissue engineering has no such ethical considerations as it does not involve embryonic stem cells. This new process holds more promise from the medical and economic standpoints as it skirts moral issues while potent ially offering much lower costs to the patients. As example, the world mart for bone grafts shows 50% are from autologous grafts while only 10% are from synthetic bio-materials thereby indicating substantial room for growth in terms of unmet market need. This entirely different approach intends to help diseased, defective or lost tissues to regenerate themselves or develop biologically-acceptable substitutes using homogeneous or heterogeneous cells. The new technique is alternatively called as regenerative medicine or as re-constructive medicine using either autogeneic cells or foreign cells. In the course of conducting research, medical scientists by the bye found out statins are very helpful in the formation of bone tissues. This coincidental or accidental discovery is very much redolent of the way Viagra (sildenafil citrate) was discovered to be helpful in curing ED while in the course of conducting research for finding a be cured _or_ healed of many heart-related ailments like pulmonary arterial hypertension, angina pectoris and

Obesity in America Research Paper Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2000 words

Obesity in America - Research Paper Example3). In the speech that she made on 20 February 2004, the director of the Centers for Disease maneuver and Prevention (CDC), Dr. Julie Gerberding referred to obesity as an epidemic in America, If you looked at any epidemic -- whether its influenza or plague from the middle ages -- they ar not as serious as the epidemic of obesity in terms of the health impact on our country and our society (Gerberding cited in Kvicala, 2003). Hearne et al. (n.d.) record near very alarming statistics with respect to obesity of Americans, some of which are discussed in this and the following paragraph. Obesity is one of the most significant causes of health related problems in America. Obese people are 50 to 100 times more susceptible to premature death than normal weight people. It is estimated that obesity may briefly become a more prominent reason of preventable death as compared to tobacco in America. Every year, up to 400000 deaths occur because of phy sical inertia and poor diet. turn of diseases caused by obesity exceeds 30. Diseases for which obesity serves as a causal factor include but are not limited to mellowed blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, cancer and coronary heart disease. Diabetes may also cause blindness in adults, failure of kidney and the patients may occasionally have to undergo amputations. Number of patients of diabetes has increased above 50 per cent in the last decade and this percentage is expected to increase more by 165 per cent in the coming five decades. Presently, 18 million Americans are patients of diabetes while 41 million people are in the pre-diabetic phase. There has been noticed an increase in the number of children that suffer from type 2 diabetes that was considered as a form of adult-onset diabetes until now. Individuals that acquire type 2 diabetes in childhood or adolescence are at increased risk of suffering from stroke, kidney failure and heart diseases when they grow up. Those kids are getting adult-type diabetes because theyre overweight. Were seeing an absolute epidemic of diabetes in the schools in this country because children are just not getting the right exercise The gap between what theyre eating and what theyre expending is getting larger on an annual basis. (Gerberding cited in Kcivala, 2003). salute associated with obesity is another problem that the government of America has to address. According to the estimates made by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the direct and validating expenses of obesity per year sum up to above $117 billion (Wechsler, 2004). These expenses include but are not limited to loss of productivity and medical expenses. In 2003, medical expenses that could be attributed

Abortion Should Be Made Illegal Essay Example for Free

Abortion Should Be Made Il juristic EssayAbortion is a huge complete that nearly Americans have their own opinion of. It is as well as a touchy subject where there is no right or wrong answer it is altogether a matter of personal opinion. Ones opinion could be from believing stillbirth should be legal, and that a fair sex should be able to control what happens with their body. Ones opinion could also believe abortion should be illegal, and that if a woman can take the responsibility of having sex then she should be able to have the responsibility of having a child. Going through with an abortion has got to be the most painful, excruciating thing to go through, non totally physically, merely psychogenicly.Abortion is murder, when you take the life of a being, whether it is in the whom or not, it is still murder. The day a child is conceived is the day it is sustainment. Abortion is respectable, and more or lessthing I disagree with strongly. I have been researching t his topic for over three months now, and the information I found is incredible and mentality blowing. I have learned a lot from researching this topic and hope to further someone elses noticeledge about this very important issue. Abortion, in much than one way, is wrong, and throughout this report I plan to show my audience why this is what I believe.See more Analysis of Starbucks coffee association employees essayAbortion is a huge issue throughout America. It is something people have different opinions about. Some people think abortion should be legal and that a woman should be able to choose what goes on with her body and that it is no one elses business but her own. Then there are some people who believe abortion should be illegal, like me for example. I believe abortion should be illegal, I think women abuse this action, and dont realize the consequences until it is overly late.As it states in Brian Wilsons oblige Outlawing Abortion, Abortion has taken the lives of more than 40 million babies since 1973. Thats 40 million lives taken because women are abusing this horrible issue. I believe we as a country should really try to make enough pro-life groups to show women what could happen, and what mentally happens, and physically. In Brian Wilsons Article Outlawing Abortion, it states that Abortion should be outlawed, but until it is, pro-lifers should work to change the hearts of women seeking an end to their pregnancies. I agree one hundred part with this statement, I believe that pro-lifers should take the time and try and change the hearts of women.I believe women should really be educated in the entire subject, women should know what they are handout to go through, both physically, and mentally. The physical part of the entire abortion is the process itself. There are a couple different ways a doctor can surgically remove the fetus from a woman. The most popular way to remove a fetus is when the doctor dilates the womens cervix, while he or s he scrapes the uterine lining. Another process is a woman could take certain types of medication to terminate the pregnancy, but that is not as affective as a doctor surgically removing the fetus. So the process itself is painful, and traumatizing, if that is just the physical part of an abortion you can only imagine what the mental part is like. When a woman is thinking about getting an abortion they have to think of ever soything before they decide to go through with it. The act itself of an abortion really is not that big of a muss, its a rather simple procedure that in itself causes little anguish. The big issue that women are have-to doe with about is living with themselves knowing that they ended the development of their unborn child, that as they sit looking back at the procedure there could have been a child sitting next to them.Women that go through with an abortion struggle through the emotional pain that an abortion causes. One of the most faulty arguments against abort ions is that is causes serious depression and trauma to the mother. Some women even suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. A lot of women feel regret and sorrow after pass through with the procedure, statistics show that women suffer major trauma when going through that. I think there should be doctors in every abortion clinic that does what the Article by Lynn-nore Chittom, and Heather Newton, Pro-Life Activists Need to Push the Anti-Abortion Agenda, do.Doctors in South Dakota were required to inform women seeking abortions that they will be terminating the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being. Every women should be informed this, maybe it will make them step back and think about their next decisiveness because that one decision could completely change there life forever. Many women after going through with an abortion feel sadness, guilt, anxiety, numbness, and shame. Its not unusual for post-abortive women to experience all of those feelings plus much more, for example, women go through motional, spiritual, psychological, and physical side-effects for decades after their abortions. Abortion is a deadly and dangerous procedure. In every abortion the life of an innocent, unborn baby is ended, and its mother faces potentially life-long emotional consequences as a result of that decision. Abortion may be legal in the United States, but it is not the preferred choice. With proper education, women seeking abortions can come to understand their decision-making power and be persuaded to make a better choice.Abortion is becoming more and more common between younger girls. Girls need to be educated on this issue before the age gets extremely low. The fact that our country had to make it a law that minors cant get an abortion without parental consent means girls are getting abortions way too young. This major issue is affecting girls of all ages, it should not be abused as much as it is. Women should be educated on the procedure, and the mental issues that come with the procedure. They say that a sonogram is what makes women change their minds about getting an abortion because the sound of a heart beat shows women there really is something living inside them and that shows them also that you would be terminating something that could one day be their pride and joy. Abortion is a major issue and should be check outped. Abortion should be illegal, I believe abortion should be banned completely. It is murder in one way or another. Someone could get two counts of murder for killing a pregnant woman but women are murdering their baby each and every day.How can someone go into work each and every day just knowing they are going to terminate someones unborn child? It has to be stopped and we need more pro-lifers to show women what it does to our bodies and how if affects us. Women dont realize how traumatizing it really is until it is too late. Women need to be informed, and educated about the procedure and the guilt afterwards. T he guilt itself eats women away, knowing they terminated something that could be their happiness one day. The issue of women not being ready for the responsibility, or just not wanting a child to begin with needs to stop. Some women need to take responsibility of their actions, and deal with what they started. Even if the woman is incapable of keeping a kid, they should at least represent it up for adoption, if they do not want the responsibility they should also give him/her up for adoption. There are women who are completely unable to have kids and would be more than happy to take in a baby if only women would let their babies have the gift of life. A child is considered alive the minute it is conceived, abortion is usually done during the first trimester, but there have been some cases that it is done later.Abortion is still, and probably always will be a big issue. Women should not be allowed to get an abortion, no matter what. Women need to stop thinking about themselves and pu t their unborn babies life before there own. Everyone should be given the right to live, and no one should be able to adapt that much power in their hands. All in all abortion is wrong, and just not something I could ever go through with nor would I ever think about going through with it. Abortion is almost like the easy way out of your mistakes, sometimes people need to own up and take up for their mistakes.
